Brewhouse system:
With electric heating method and PID control system, the 100L brewhouse system can fulfill your brewing schedule of Ale, Lager, or pilot recipe without any problem.
From right to left are: Mash/Lauter tun, Kettle/Whirlpool tank, and hot water tank. The VFD wort pump and Hot water pump, enable whole system can be connected with pipelines successfully. You only need to turn on/ turn off the butterfly valves for different brewing process, such as lautering, wort back flow, boiling, whirlpool, cleaning, etc.
All these tanks are equipped on a stand alone frame with wheels, easy moving, turnkey solution.
Fermenting system:
HULK 100L mini fermentation tank with movable wheels is the most competitive option for small batch fermenting project. You can choose the function of carbonation to make it into an unitank.
CIP arm with pressure relief valve and pressure gauge ensure a clean and safe fermenting process. You can inspect and taste your beers during whole process by turning on the sample valve on side of fermentation tank.
Glycol water cooling system:
A proper temperature control is very important for a well fermentation process before kegging or bottling. HULK all-in-one glycol water cooling system includes 150L glycol water tank, 2HP industrial chiller, 2T/h Glycol water pump, PID Temperature controller and glycol water inlet/outlet connectors for Fermenters. You only need to plug the glycol water pipes and temperature sensor cable on this unit, then you can start your fermenting, easy job and absolutely a turnkey solution.
