Professional 500l beer brewery equipment 5bbl fermenting equipment
Every brewery project is custom from the ground up and our on-site teams will be able to configure your project from concept to commissioning.
As for 500l beer brewing machine, there is 2 vessel brewhouse, 3 vessel brewhouse, and 4 vessel brewhouse(Equipped based on your brewing plans). However, the 2 vessel combined brewhouse is the most economical design.
Mashing System
Without a hot water tank. (Can save the cost of hot water tank, hot water pump and related pipelines) We can heat the water in the kettle tank, then transfer the hot water to the mash/lauter tun directly.
While mashing, we can continue to heat water for grain washing, or for next batches brewing. Of course, if you prefer the hot water tank, we can customize it for you. Filter method:Liquid pressure difference

Fermenting system e
Cooling method: Glycol cooling jacket around both top and bottom. The cooling jacket can achieve all countries’
standard, supply Miller, arch, corrugated plate and so on. Design pressure is 0.3MPa; Working pressure is 0.15MPa.
Material: Stainless steel 304.

* Insulated glycol water tank with or without copper coil for glycol liquid holding and mixing;
* Efficiency chillers with freon to supply cooling energy;

Another area of concern – Heating method
Electric tube heating method or steam heating method (Recommend), and direct fire heating method.
* One step mashing process ( e.c. 65℃): If you choose the electric tube, we can process the mashing in the mash/lauter tun directly
* Multi-step mashing process (e.c. 55℃- 75℃) We will match a mixer in the kettle tank, then process the mashing in the kettle tank, the transfer to the later tank for filtering.
